I waited around our site all day Wednesday and asked for an updated ETA around noon, but received no response. I attempted to contact the driver several times with no reply all afternoon. I finally reached out to Alex, who also hadn’t heard from the driver and was expecting a response later that evening.

So, After looking many hours for the right mini excavator, I stumbled upon a JD 60G they had. I immediately called them because I knew this was the one I needed for my family. I got a call back within minutes, and the salesman went through the whole process from viewing the unit and getting a quote on it – I must say the experience was flawless. They had other machines I was interested in, but I just got convinced this was the one based on my requirements. 12 days later, I got to test the unit here at my place and it was beautiful. That is just how it was conveyed to me.

I would recommend these guys for sure. Their service is top-notch, and they’re just very helpful!
