He offered us a different unit, cheaper at $2500, from the one we chose first. Their goal is to help customers and not run after profit. The delivery was exactly in 7 days as promised. Got my tractor shipped from Huddleston Equipment Sales LLC to a suburb outside of New York with no confusion or hassle. Driver sent updates along the way.
